Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of heartbreak in the early years achieved wide popularity in the first decade of the 21st century. Swift discovered a love for the arts at an early stage and progressed swiftly from roles in children's theatre to her first appearance before a crowd of thousands. In the moment that Swift performed The Star-Spangled Banner in front of the Philadelphia 76ers at a game at age 11 she had already begun writing songs. The next year, she took up guitar. Swift composed original music which was influenced by country artists like Shania Twain (now known as the Chicks) and Dixie Chicks. Her material expresses her life as an adolescent. In the year 13 Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania to move in Hendersonville Tennessee so she could devote more of her time pursuing country music labels in nearby Nashville.
